This coming Tuesday evening (5-7pm) is our “End of Quarter Social”. It will be held at Mangia! Restaurant in
Idaho Springs. Ron will have a table reserved for us in the large outdoor courtyard.
Please plan on attending and bring friends, family and anyone that might be interested in our Leads Group.
If you want to carpool to Idaho Springs, arrive at the Serenity parking lot by 4:40pm and we can organize rides
from there. Have a good weekend and see you Tuesday evening!

- Meet downtown at Tom Carby's office at 11:45am
- We will carpool to the work site
- Plan on a de-brief session hosted by Tom Carby at Cactus Jacks

Big Chili Cook-Off Beer Servers - September 11th, 2011
Lunch Bunch Beer servers - 9/11/11
Here are your assignments for Sunday. Thanks in advance for helping, should
be a fun day!
Plan on wearing comfortable shoes that can take some spillage. I will have the red aprons
there you can wear to keep some of the beer off you clothes. Go early as you will have to
park and take the shuttle, and there are only 3 busses this year. When you get to the Lake
House, ask for the Volunteer entrance or booth where your name will be on the will call list.
You will be receiving an invitation to the Big Chili "After Party" in October. Call or email

- Three shifts of volunteers 10:30am-1pm, 12:45pm-2:30pm and 2:15pm-5:30pm
- 8 volunteers arrive at Lake House 10:15am for first shift
- 8 volunteers arrive at Lake house 12:30pm for 2nd shift
- 8 volunteers arrive at Lake house 2:00pm for 3rd shift
- On each shift, 7 volunteers are working the Beer Tent, one person will answer questions.
- Volunteers should check-in at the Volunteer tent (so you get in for free!).
- Volunteers must park at Evergreen High School and take the Shuttle to the event grounds at the Lake House.
- Volunteers should bring season appropriate clothing including rain gear and sun screen.
- Volunteers please plan to be as outrageously enthusiastic as you are capable of as we want to have lot of fun and show or dedication to our FIREFIGHTERS
- Aprons have been printed by EmbroidMe (thanks to Vickie Autry)
- If we pour more beer than the other beer serving station, we all go out to a free dinner!
